I've cooked everything from London broil to full sized chickens in this thing. Although it can't really compare to the taste of food cooked on a BBQ grill, it's the next best thing in my opinion. It comes with all sorts of accessories making it very versatile. The water filled drippings tray keeps the 'smitch' to a minimum. Unlike frying or oven cooking, the rotisserie is nice as it lets the fat drip away making the food considerably more healthy. Another great advantage to this grill Vs an oven is that it uses a lot less electricity to do the same job. Savings that I can actually see on the electric bill each month.
