Tired of plain old pork chops I prefer to spice em up a little.

Ingredients for 1 Serving
Pork Chops 2
Italian Bread Crumbs  
Cajun Spice  
Egg 1





  1. Break an egg into a small bowl & beat till yoke is mixed with white
  2. Into a second bowl mix a good amount of Italian bread crumbs & Cajun spice. I like my pork chops spicy so I go heavy on the Cajun spice.
  3. Place a pork chop into the egg & coat completely
  4. Place the egg covered pork chop into the breading mixture & again, coat completely
  5. Repeat for the other pork chop
  6. Grill over medium heat until pork chop is cooked
  7. Serve with whatever you have in the fridge (I hate broccoli but it made the picture look better)
