Derived from an old Weight Watchers' recipe, these snacks are a treat that can be surprisingly low cal.

Ingredients
Grated Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Flour

Feel free to experiment with various cheese types. Mozzarella, Swiss or American cheese work well. Even some types of fat free (plastic) cheese come out OK, some like cardboard though. You may also want to add garlic or other spices for a unique flavor.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix the cheese, parmesan and flour in a bowl.
  3. Grease a baking tray
  4. Place small amounts of the mixture on the tray, leaving enough room for some spreading as the cheese melts.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts and begins to brown. Cheeses vary but they should be done in around 5-10 minutes.
  6. If they don't brown after a little while, turn on the broiler.
  7. Place on a paper towel and enjoy.
