Tired of dull mashed potato? Try this to add some interest to your spuds.

Mashed Potato  




  1. Prepare mashed potato as you normally would. I like to cheat & use the instant mashed potato flakes but this will work with any mashed potatoes
  2. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil & coat with a little vegetable oil to prevent sticking
  3. Place small 'dollops' of mashed potato as neatly as you can onto cookie sheet
  4. Broil in the oven until they start to brown (see picture)
  5. Once browned, serve



Cooking - Potato Crispies
