This stuff is great for marinating all sorts of things. Its 'robust' flavor adds life to just about anything & is especially good for steak, chicken, pork or fish. Mixed with a little Cajun spice or Garli Garni it makes one killer marinade. ...oh yeah & it's pretty good on salads too.
