Pork ribs with attitude.

Ingredients - Main
Pork Ribs 2-3 lbs
Onions 3-4
Rice 1 cup
Ingredients - Source
Vinegar 1 cup
Ketchup ½ cup
Honey or Sugar ½ cup
Worcestershire Sauce 2 table spoons
Salt 1 tea spoon
Mustard 1 table spoon
Garli Garni 1 tea spoon
Sliced or Minced Garlic 2 cloves
Pepper ¼ tea spoon
Habanero Power a tad
  1. Combine the source ingredients in a bowl & mix
  2. Place the ribs in a foil lined baking tray
  3. Slice the onions & distribute them evenly over the ribs
  4. Add the source
  5. Place in oven at 350º or in BBQ Grill on low
  6. Let cook for at least 1½ hours adding water if the source boils dry
  7. Serve with rice
