I had two options. The first was to replace the rusty parts, an expensive proposition. The second was to treat the rust & repaint. As the bumper & rims were still structurally sound I felt option two was the way to go.
If I was to go to all the trouble of painting I figured I'd go with something colorful. Maybe see if she could turn a few heads as she rolled down the street. What color though? I mocked up a few possibilities on my computer before committing to an eye pop'in orange that contrasted well against the gray.
