- Remove
mushroom stems & place mushroom caps in an oven safe bowl tops down
- Sprinkle
some Cajun spice & Garli Garni over the mushrooms
- Pour a
good amount of Robusto Italian Salad Dressing over the mushrooms
- Cover
bowl & let marinate in fridge for 24 hours
- The next
day prepare some stuffing following the directions on package
- Mix in
some grated lemon rind with the stuffing
- Pour away
& discard any excess Robusto salad dressing marinade & stuff
mushrooms with stuffing
- Cook in
400º oven for 30 minutes or until done
