Ingredients
Portobello Mushroom
StoveTop Stuffing
Robusto Italian Salad Dressing
Cajun Spice
Garli Garni or Garlic Power
Lemon

 

 

 

 



  1. Remove mushroom stems & place mushroom caps in an oven safe bowl tops down
  2. Sprinkle some Cajun spice & Garli Garni over the mushrooms
  3. Pour a good amount of Robusto Italian Salad Dressing over the mushrooms
  4. Cover bowl & let marinate in fridge for 24 hours
  5. The next day prepare some stuffing following the directions on package
  6. Mix in some grated lemon rind with the stuffing
  7. Pour away & discard any excess Robusto salad dressing marinade & stuff mushrooms with stuffing
  8. Cook in 400º oven for 30 minutes or until done
